RETURN INFORMATION

Did you order the wrong color, size or just want to return a product? Send it back to us within 30 days (non-used, in the original packaging) to get a new product or a full refund. Contact help@charmland.com and we will gladly assist you. Please note that it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• If you have purchased an item outside of www.charmland.co, please contact the store or site you bought it.
• Your refund includes the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
